Oversee the preparation and maintenance of shipping, customs, and other relevant documentation.</li><li>Team Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient operations.</li><li>Vendor&Service Provider Management: Establish and maintain relationships with logistics service providers, assist in contract negotiations, and monitor third-party performance.</li><li>Process Optimization: Implement best practices to enhance logistics efficiency, reduce costs, automate the process and improve service quality.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications&Skills</h3><ul><li>Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Experience: 5+ years in logistics or supply chain management, with supervisory experience.</li><li>Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of marine logistics, international trade regulations, customs procedures, and inventory management.</li><li>Technical Skills: Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) and Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Soft Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
