Job Description As a Support in identification, assignment, evaluation, and updation of compliance obligations, your role involves providing knowledge support in terms of advisory & training to assigned business divisions / units of TSL. You will also be responsible for offering legal support to assigned units of TSL by managing documentations and providing guidance to internal stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting in identification, assignment, evaluation, and updation of compliance obligations
- Providing advisory and training to assigned business divisions/units of TSL
- Managing documentations and guiding internal stakeholders
In terms of qualifications, you are required to possess:
- B.A.LLB or LLB Hons.
The technical competencies necessary for this role include:
- Drafting
- Legal Research
- Independent Client Interaction
Moreover, it is essential to be conversant in various commercial and procedural laws. Additionally, the behavioral competencies expected of you are being comfortable working in a team and having a collaborative mindset.
