Job Description
The role incumbent will manage and support the Group’s Human Resource Management System, ensuring smooth daily operations for the HR team. Responsibilities include maintaining data integrity, troubleshooting system issues, and coordinating with the HRMS vendor for updates and improvements. This role requires strong system administration skills, knowledge of core HR processes, project management and experience with platforms like PeopleStrong or similar.Job DescriptionHRMS AdministrationServing as the primary point of contact for all HRMS-related activitiesManaging day-to-day system operations including employee data updates, org structure changes, and access controlsEnsuring data accuracy, system (user) security, and compliance with internal HR processesPerforming routine audits to validate and maintain system integrityCoordinating and following up with the HRMS vendor for issue resolution, configuration changes, and updatesMonitoring system performance and escalate technical issues as neededSupporting the configuration and rollout of new HRMS modules as per business needsWorking closely with HR and IT teams to gather system requirements and implement changesCreating and maintaining user documentation and training materials for HRMS usageProviding first-line support and training to HR users on system functionalityProcess Automation & OptimizationIdentifying opportunities to streamline and automating manual HR tasks through system functionalityTesting and implementing approved enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing HR operationsData AnalyticsDeveloping and generating HR dashboards, reports, and MIS to support management decisionsAnalyzing trends related to attrition, headcount, attendance, and other key HR metricsProviding insights and reports for audits, compliance, and internal reviewsprofileBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in HRMS administration or HR technology roleProven expertise with HRMS platforms such as PeopleStrong, Darwinbox, Successfactors, or similarStrong understanding of core HR processes such as employee life cycle managementExcellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracyStrong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionallyExperience working with HRMS vendors and managing ticket-based support is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
