Assistant Manager - General ledger

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and completeness of the general ledger, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the financial reporting processes.</p></br><p>In this role, you will collaborate with various departments and contribute to the continuous improvement of financial operations, supporting Qiddiya's vision of driving innovation in the investment sector.</p></br><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3></br><ul></br><li>Manage daily general ledger activities and supervise ledger postings</li></br><li>Prepare and review journal entries, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation</li></br><li>Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities</li></br><li>Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly</li></br><li>Support the preparation of financial statements and reports</li></br><li>Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits</li></br><li>Contribute to process improvements and adherence to accounting policies</li></br></ul></br><h3>Requirements</h3></br><ul></br><li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field</li></br><li>At least 4 years of relevant experience in general ledger or financial accounting</li></br><li>Strong understanding of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP)</li></br><li>Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel</li></br><li>Excellent analytical and organizational skills</br></li><li>Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks</li></br><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li></br><li>Experience with ERP systems such as SAP is advantageous</li></br></ul></br><h3>Benefits</h3></br><p>Comprehensive benefits package</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
