Assistant Manager - General ledger

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager - General Ledger to join our dynamic finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and completeness of the general ledger, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the financial reporting processes.In this role, you will collaborate with various departments and contribute to the continuous improvement of financial operations, supporting Qiddiya's vision of driving innovation in the investment sector. Key Responsibilities Manage daily general ledger activities and supervise ledger postingsPrepare and review journal entries, ensuring accuracy and proper documentationAssist with month-end and year-end closing activitiesPerform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptlySupport the preparation of financial statements and reportsCoordinate with auditors during internal and external auditsContribute to process improvements and adherence to accounting policies Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldAt least 4 years of relevant experience in general ledger or financial accountingStrong understanding of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP)Proficiency in accounting software and MS ExcelExcellent analytical and organizational skillsAbility to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasksStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience with ERP systems such as SAP is advantageous Benefits Comprehensive benefits package
