Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.About The PositionWynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking an Assistant Manager – Gaming Technician to join the resort’s Gaming Technician team.ResponsibilitiesManage the daily operations of gaming technicians, ensuring timely maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of gaming equipmentMonitor machine performance, uptime, and guest feedback to identify operational issues and improvement opportunitiesManage the installation, configuration, relocation, and removal of EGM, table game equipment, and related systemsProvide guidance, coaching, and on-the-job training to gaming technicians to enhance technical capability and performanceAssist in scheduling and task assignments to ensure adequate coverage across all shiftsEnsure all technical activities comply with UAE gaming regulations, Wynn Resorts’ internal controls, and manufacturer specificationsMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of machine configurations, maintenance logs, and regulatory documentationCoordinate with gaming equipment manufacturers and service providers for technical support, repairs, and upgradesStay informed on emerging gaming technologies, system enhancements, and industry trendsAssist in the integration of new gaming platforms, cashless solutions, and digital interfacesCollaborate with IT, Surveillance, and Gaming Operations to maintain system connectivity, data integrity, and operational reliabilityAbout YouBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, Information Technology, or related field (preferred)Minimum 5 years of experience in EGM operations or technical maintenance within a regulated gaming environmentDemonstrated experience in managing or leading technical teamsStrong understanding of EGM and table game hardware, software, networking, and regulatory requirementsExcellent troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skillsProficiency with diagnostic tools, CMS platforms, and technical documentationFluency in English required; additional languages are an advantageAbility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on operational needsAbout Wynn Al Marjan Island’s BenefitsWe offer an attractive salary, paid in Dirhams (AED), the local currency of the UAE.
