This role involves budgeting forecasting financial reporting and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The incumbent will also lead process improvements support audits and act as a key liaison for ERP and dashboard systems.Key ResponsibilitiesReportingPrepare and submit monthly MIS and business performance reports (Sales Gross Margin Marketing Spend Opex etc.)Conduct variance analysis (Actual vs Budget)BudgetingAssist in preparing budget templates and coordinating with business teamsEvaluate CAPEX proposals and conduct financial feasibility studiesOperational SupportDevelop business plans for new brandsImprove financial policies and systems for efficiencyConduct financial analysis to identify trends risks and opportunitiesAct as focal point for ERP and financial dashboardsSupport internal and external auditsPeople ManagementSet clear objectives and KPIs for team membersMentor and guide team to enhance performance and skill developmentFoster a results-oriented and collaborative environmentQualifications & ExperienceEducation: CA or CMAExperience: 24 years in GCC preferably in FMCG distributionLanguage Skills: Good communication skillsCertifications: ERP (SAP S4 HANA) and Power BI proficiency preferredSkills & CompetenciesFunctional/TechnicalAdvanced knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standardsProficiency in ERP systems (SAP S4 HANA)Strong Excel and Power BI skills for data analysis and modelingBehavioralResults-oriented and accountableStrong stakeholder management and collaborationCritical thinking and adaptabilityStrategic planning and influenceProcess streamlining and decision‑making#J-18808-Ljbffr
