Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.About The PositionWynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking an Assistant Manager – Crisis Management to join our Security Team.ResponsibilitiesSupport all aspects of corporate crisis management, including emergency preparedness, response coordination, and recovery planning for “All-Hazards” events.Maintain and manage confidential logs, generate reports, conduct statistical analyses, and deliver briefings and training sessions.Collect, analyze, and synthesize data from diverse sources such as internal databases, security systems, interviews, and open-source intelligence.Lead and coordinate projects, training modules, emergency preparedness drills, and technology interface evaluations.Oversee the operational interface and administrative management of hotel safety button systems, ensuring accurate signal interpretation and timely response.Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards through meticulous documentation and reporting.Provide actionable intelligence to support data‑driven decision‑making during crisis events.Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance safety protocols and crisis response strategies.About YouMinimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or operational support roles.Prior exposure to corporate security or crisis management is highly desirable.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.Professional appearance and demeanor.Adaptable, open‑minded, and eager to learn new systems and methodologies.Capable of performing under pressure and in high‑stress situations.Proactive, solution‑oriented, and naturally inquisitive.Data collection and analysis to inform proactive and reactive crisis strategies.Leadership in preparedness and ownership of training, drills, and project management to enhance organizational resilience.Future‑proofing by staying ahead of emerging risks and integrating innovative safety technologies and practices.About Wynn Al Marjan Island’s BenefitsWe offer an attractive salary, paid in Dirhams (AED), the local currency of the UAE.
