Assistant Manager Business Projects & SystemsAbout the job Assistant Manager Business Projects & SystemsJob Title: Assistant Manager Business Projects & SystemsReports to: VP Head of Business Projects & SystemsClient Company: An Islamic BankDepartment: Finance Strategic Planning & Business Analytics Business Projects & SystemsJob PurposeTo assist the Project Manager in preparing business requirements and performing system functionality testing, as well as supporting BAU (Business As Usual) system issues.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist Project Manager in developing system requirement documents and procedures to implement new systems as per business requirements.Support and assist branches in resolving day-to-day system issues, and provide support and assistance to the Complaint Resolution Unit in resolving customer issues pertaining to systems.Assist Project Managers in coordinating with various departments for timely delivery of the project.Assist and support Branch Operations Department and Branch Management in training branch staff on new system and process implementations.Coordinate and liaise with Branch Operations Department for development of various control reports as per audit and branch requirements.Prepare UAT scripts and perform complete and rigorous UAT of the new system to ensure seamless implementation.All the above accountabilities include, but are not limited to, any additional/new tasks or responsibilities assigned by the Line Manager.Job SpecificationEducationGraduate / Bachelor's degree in IT / Computer ApplicationsPMI certification will be a plusWork ExperienceMinimum 4 years of experience in Banking with exposure to Retail Banking and Operations.SkillsBusiness Analysis Knowledge AdvancedBusiness Intelligence Tools and Analytics Advanced#J-18808-Ljbffr
