Our transformative programs are a driving force to achieving Vision 2030, as well as leading the world towards regenerative tourism.Join RSG and be part of the positive change for Saudi Arabia and the world.Job Purpose:Manage and support the execution of residential B2B development activities by coordinating third-party partners, maintaining partner data and reporting, and enabling effective day-to-day support for international residential sales.Job Responsibilities:Functional ResponsibilitiesManage coordination for international brokerage and referral partners, supporting partner identification, onboarding, and ongoing engagement.Ensure accurate maintenance of partner records, contracts, profiles, and transaction data within CRM systems and internal databases.Manage partner enablement activities, including training logistics, materials preparation, scheduling, and follow-up actions.Track partner activity, leads, and residential sales pipeline updates, ensuring timely data capture and reporting accuracy.Prepare recurring operational and performance reports on partner engagement, lead flow, and conversion trends.Support structured partner communications and updates in alignment with approved sales messaging and governance guidelinesAssist in incentive tracking, commission coordination, and related documentation in collaboration with finance and sales operations teamsLiaise with internal sales, marketing, legal, and operations teams to resolve partner-related operational, documentation, or data issuesEnsure compliance with approved partner governance frameworks, processes, and documentation requirements for international residential transactionsJob Requirements:Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, or Finance, or a related field.Years of Experience: 6 years of relevant experience.Other Requirements: Holding a market-recognized certification in real estate or business development is preferred.Residential Market and Product Research – AdvancedBusiness Development Operations and Pipeline Support – AdvancedB2B Partner Coordination and Enablement – AdvancedCRM and Sales Data Management – AdvancedSales Performance Tracking and Growth Reporting - IntermediatePartner Contract and Transaction Documentation - IntermediateJob Context:This job description outlines the core responsibilities of the role but is not exhaustive.
