OverviewLocation: Industrial Area 4, Sharjah.Industry: Lubricants & GreaseManufacturing.Job Summary: We are looking for an Assistant Laboratory Manager to support laboratory operations, quality control testing, and ISO compliance in our lubricants and grease manufacturing facility. The role involves assisting in testing, formulation, documentation, and team supervision to ensure high-quality products.ResponsibilitiesManage laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and quality control procedures.Conduct formulation development, dosage preparation, and testing of lubricants and greases according to ASTM/IP specifications.Provide technical support during audits related to quality assurance processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to product development and manufacturing.Oversee laboratory equipment handling, calibration, and maintenance to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.Qualifications8-13 years of experience in a similar role within the oil & gas industry or petrochemical sector.B.Tech/B.E. - Bachelor of Technology / Engineering degree in Petroleum Engineering or M.S./M.Sc(Science) degree in Chemistry from a recognized university.Strong understanding of ASTM/IP testing methods for lubricants & greases; knowledge of ISO standards & audit support is essential.SkillsLubricant & grease testingQuality control & assuranceISO audit supportFormulation & dosage preparationLaboratory instrument handlingBenefitsSalary: Up to 500 AEDAccommodation & Transportation provided by the companyMedical InsuranceAnnual Air TicketPaid Leaves & other benefits as per UAE labor law#J-18808-Ljbffr
