They believe schools flourish when their people flourish.The job responsibilities include:The Assistant Headteacher – KS1 holds strategic and operational responsibility for Key Stage 1. The school has over 10 forms of entry on Year 1 and Year 2.As the Assistant Headteacher – KS1, you’ll ensure that the provision across Key Stage 1 reflects the highest standards of teaching, learning, safeguarding, and pastoral care.The successful applicant will work in collaboration with the Primary Senior Management team to ensure outstanding outcomes for their students.You will not have a class teacher responsibility, but you’ll be in class coaching and curriculum planning.
