Job Description
We areseeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Front Office Manager to join our luxury hotel in Al Mairid Ras Al-Khaimah United Arab this role you will support the daily operations of the Front Desk and hotel communication teams ensuring a seamless and exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure.Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Front Desk and hotel communication teams maintaining high standards of guest serviceAct as a leader on the floor greeting guests addressing concerns professionally and serving as Manager on Duty when requiredConduct regular walkthroughs of the lobby and public spaces to ensure a consistently polished luxury presentationCollaborate with Bell Valet and Concierge teams to create a unified and welcoming arrival experienceSupport the scheduling training and mentoring of front office staffFoster an engaging team environment by recognizing success and offering constructive feedbackMonitor and analyze guest feedback to enhance service strategies and overall satisfactionMaintain close collaboration with Housekeeping Engineering and Food & Beverage teams for a cohesive guest journeyEnsure compliance with all safety emergency and cash-handling protocolsRespond promptly to internal and guest inquiries via various communication channelsQualificationsMinimum of 1 year of leadership experience in front office or rooms division operations preferably in a luxury hotel environmentProven ability to lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced guest-facing settingExperience with Opera PMS and guest engagement platformsStrong communication and conflict resolution skillsPassion for luxury hospitality team development and creating memorable guest experiencesFlexible schedule availability including evenings weekends and holidaysBachelors degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)Proficiency in Windows MS Office and property management systemsFluency in English; additional languages are a plusKnowledge of local culture and customs in the United Arab EmiratesExperience in a luxury hotel or resort settingDetail-oriented with excellent organizational skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a diverse multicultural environmentCustomer-focused mindset with a commitment to exceeding guest expectationsAdditional InformationOur commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract recruit and promote diverse talent.Remote WorkNoEmployment TypeFull-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
