In this role you will provide crucial support to the Facilities Manager in overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of the company. You will ensure that all facilities are functioning optimally, contributing to a safe and luxurious environment.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the management of maintenance schedules and operational procedures for the companySupport the Facilities Manager in planning and executing facility maintenance and improvement projectsConduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with safety and quality standardsOversee the work of maintenance staff and contractors ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely mannerMonitor and manage facility budgets and expensesAddress maintenance requests and emergencies promptly and efficientlyAssist in developing policies and procedures related to facilities managementReporting any issues or concerns to the Facilities ManagerRequirementsMust be graduate in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)At least 4-5 years of experience in facilities management preferably in a luxury environmentStrong knowledge of building systems maintenance procedures and safety regulationsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work well under pressure and manage emergencies effectivelyProficient in facilities management software and MS Office SuiteFlexible availability to accommodate the needs of the companyBenefitsSalary: AED15000- AED 25000 AED plus other benefits.Required Experience:Manager#J-18808-Ljbffr
