Job Description

Support Daily F&B Operations:Oversee and assist with daily operations in F&B service areas (restaurants, bars, and events).Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen, service staff, and management.Monitor food and beverage quality, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.Guest Service Excellence:Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by maintaining service standards and addressing guest concerns promptly.Train, supervise, and motivate the service team to deliver excellent customer service.Team Leadership and Staff Management:Assist in managing the F&B staff, including scheduling, performance management, and training.Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork within the F&B department.Inventory and Stock Control:Assist in managing inventory, ordering, and maintaining stock levels of food and beverage supplies.Ensure cost control measures are in place to minimize wastage and ensure efficient use of resources.Event Coordination:Assist in coordinating and overseeing F&B arrangements for events, banquets, and special functions at the Emirates Golf Club.Work closely with the events team to ensure seamless execution of services.Financial Management and Reporting:Support the management in meeting budget goals, controlling costs, and achieving revenue targets.Assist in preparing regular reports on operations, expenses, and sales trends.Health & Safety Compliance:Ensure all F&B operations comply with local and international health and safety standards.Promote safe working practices and ensure staff adheres to hygiene and sanitation regulations.RequirementsMinimum 3-5 years of experience in F&B management or similar roles, preferably in a luxury or high-end establishment.Strong knowledge of F&B operations, including service standards, inventory management, and cost control.Ability to manage and lead a team, ensuring high morale and consistent service delivery.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.Flexibility and a positive attitude towards work in a dynamic environment.A background in events or banqueting services is an added advantage.BenefitsTotal Salary: AED 16,000 (all-inclusive)Meals while on duty.Flight allowance for annual travel.Children's education allowance.Medical and life insurance coverage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
