Youll help operationalize the curated program across all zones manage suppliers performers and partners and troubleshoot on site challenges to ensure seamless visitor experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesTranslate the festival program into detailed operational schedules & delivery plans under senior guidance.Manage daily coordination with suppliers performers and partners to ensure readiness & quality.Supervise specific zones or activations on site ensuring activities run on time and meet LINKVIVAs standards.Act as an on the ground problem solver; elevate major issues to the Manager/Director.Support crowd flow safety and audience engagement via collaboration with operations H&S and security teams.Ensure branded activations / partner led experiences are smoothly integrated into the wider program.Deliver daily zone reports on performance engagement and operational issues.Step in for the Manager when needed to ensure continuity across zones.Contribute to post event reporting sharing insights from live delivery.Required Skills & ExperiencePrior experience in live events festivals or entertainment programming.Strong track record in zone management and supplier/talent coordination.Skilled at troubleshooting & decision making under pressure.Experience working with creative technical and operational teams.Excellent organizational & reporting skills.Cultural awareness of UAE/GCC audiences.Arabic speaking preferred.Key NoteThis is a festival site based role.
