Senior Graphic Designer, Marketing & Events (UAE National Only)

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a talented and innovative Senior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing & Events team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This position is open exclusively to UAE Nationals. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for developing visually stunning artwork for various mediums, managing design projects, and ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials.ResponsibilitiesCreate and execute compelling visual designs for print, digital, and outdoor mediaDevelop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all marketing collateralConceptualize and produce new logos, advertisements, and artworks for projects and initiativesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm creative ideas and meet communication goalsManage design projects from concept to completion, adhering to timelines and quality standardsCoordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure optimal production of design jobsStay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, implementing innovative solutionsArchive and organize all design assets, including photos, logos, and collateral materialsContribute to the development of marketing strategies and event conceptsMentor junior designers and provide creative direction when neededQualificationsBachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field8-10 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on marketing and eventsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Adobe FlashStrong animation and motion graphics skillsAdvanced communication skills in English and Arabic, both verbal and writtenExcellent project management abilities, including time management and prioritizationProven experience in brand development and guideline implementationStrong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Experience in designing for various media, including print, digital, and outdoor advertisingKnowledge of UAE culture and design preferencesAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivatedStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsA creative and innovative mindset with a passion for design excellenceImpressive portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projectsFamiliarity with current design trends and emerging technologies in the fieldAdditional InformationThis role is based in Abu Dhabi at HQ.Only UAE Nationals to apply for this role please.
