Assistant Entertainment Manager

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Assistant Entertainment Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai United Arab this role you will support the Entertainment Manager in planning coordinating and executing a wide range of entertainment activities and events for our guests.Assist in developing and implementing innovative entertainment programs and activitiesCoordinate with performers vendors and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of eventsSupport the recruitment training and supervision of entertainment staffHelp manage budgets and financial aspects of entertainment operationsEnsure compliance with UAE entertainment regulations and cultural sensitivitiesCollaborate with marketing teams to promote entertainment offeringsAddress guest inquiries and feedback related to entertainment servicesAssist in maintaining and updating entertainment equipment and facilitiesContribute to the continuous improvement of entertainment programs through data analysis and guest feedbackSupport the Entertainment Manager in administrative tasks and reporting Qualifications : Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Entertainment Management or related field3-5 years of experience in entertainment management or a related field preferably in a luxury hospitality or resort settingStrong event planning and coordination skillsProven ability to lead and supervise teamsExcellent customer service and interpersonal skillsProficiency in budgeting and financial managementStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesExceptional communication skills both verbal and writtenDemonstrated time management and organizational skillsProficiency in MS Office and event management softwareKnowledge of UAE entertainment regulations and cultural sensitivitiesFlexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as requiredEvent planning certification is preferredRemote Work : NoEmployment Type : Contract Key Skills Restaurant Experience,Fashion Retail,Hospitality Experience,Assistant Manager Experience,Basic Math,Management Experience,Math,Business Management,Leadership Experience,Supervising Experience,Restaurant Management,Retail Management Experience: years Vacancy: 1
