Assistant Design Manager

AECOMs Architecture Interiors practice is currently seeking an Assistant Design Manager to join our this role you will support the Design and Project Managers in overseeing projects managing team members and ensuring the successful execution.Responsibilities:Assist in managing design projects from concept to completion ensuring adherence to timelines and budgetsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative design solutionsSupport the Design Manager in leading and mentoring junior design team membersReview and approve design deliverables to maintain quality standardsCoordinate with clients stakeholders and vendors to ensure project requirements are metContribute to the development of design strategies and methodologiesStay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into design processesEnsure compliance with local building codes and regulations in Abu DhabiPrepare and deliver presentations to clients and internal teamsAssist in resource allocation and workload management for design projectsQualifications :Bachelors degree in Design Architecture or a related field3-5 years of experience in design management or a related roleAdditional Information :About AECOMAECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
