Job Description Role Overview:
You will be working as a Call Center Agent at Apollo Hospitals in Hyderabad. Your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional service to customers by handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls. Your goal will be to create a positive experience for each caller by effectively communicating and addressing their requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand customers' requirements and provide complete and accurate information.
- Communicate effectively with customers.
- Assign cases to other queues with proper justification.
- Strive to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent customer service.
- Escalate customer problems to the team lead when immediate attention is needed.
Qualifications Required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of English, Hindi, and additional languages preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Typing skills.
- Ability to work independently and complete assignments within given parameters.
- Graduation is mandatory, experience in a call center is preferred.
