<div><p>Title: Assistant Business Application Manager</p><p>Location: Saudi Arabia (Jeddah City)</p><p>Full-Time</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Execution of I&R strategy for the supported product category (ies) in the market(s): Ensure that the 3Cs (Consumer, Compliance, Competitive advantage) are always considered in their projects.</li><li>Contribute to/manage the development/renovation and introduction of new products&processes in factory(ies)/ Co-manufacturing, based on R&D owned technologies&knowledge (Nestlé technology asset) or in close collaboration with R&D, whilst ensuring compliance with both Nestle requirements and local regulatory framework.</li><li>Contribute to the delivery of I&R projects from concept to post launch evaluation within her /his area of expertise.</li><li>Contribute to flawless new product/technology deployment from R&D to operations, including know-how.</li><li>Optimization/improvement of current products&processes within factory(ies)/ Co-man using local business and supply situation: Contribute to/manage projects/initiatives related to products, processes, suppliers e.g. costs reductions, optimization of manufacturing parameters, supplier development, specification optimization, GREAT, co-manufacturers’ management...within his/her area of expertise.</li><li>Have the competencies required for the job and as a member of AG to enable the AG being the local center of expertise for product mastership.</li><li>Develop and maintain the competence required for product&process mastership within his/her area of expertise and as per job position.</li><li>Act as the link between R&D and Factory Operations: maintain contact with R&D and other AG within product category at least to share best practices, when appropriate participate in Business Specific Expert Networks (BSEN) or R&D Expert Networks to leverage knowledge.</li><li>Technical assistance to factory(ies)/ Co-man: Assist factory(ies) and provide them with services necessary to ensure product&process mastership while striving for zero defects in manufacturing.</li><li>Provide comprehensive technical support for basic technical assistance requests from the factory(ies).</li><li>Ensure knowledge transfer to the factory(ies) related to product and process mastership within his/her area of expertise to eliminate root cause of assistance requests, i.e. act as local training resource to operators for product and process mastership.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in a related industry.</li><li>Technical education background (preferably University graduate or equivalent in food science, chemistry or related subjects) complemented by a food industry experience within the product category.</li><li>R&D experience is a must.</li><li>English&Arabic Speaker.</li><li>Understanding of I&R strategy and targets.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
