The faculty member will collaborate with the Head of Department, Dean and colleagues to achieve the college’s mission, mentor junior colleagues and teaching assistants, and support departmental and college administrative and academic services.Reporting to the Department Head, the successful candidate will be responsible for the development, delivery and evaluation of a broad range of courses, particularly in Computer Systems, Network Systems and Administration, SDN, Cloud and Edge Computing—though expertise in related areas is welcome.Other duties include evaluating student progress, managing learning‑environment resources, liaising with industry and other educational institutions, participating in advisory committees, coordinating and managing projects within the program area, maintaining course portfolio documents for accreditation, and engaging in instructional development/improvement plans.QualificationsEducationPhD in a computing field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related field from an internationally recognized university, along with an undergraduate degree from an accredited university.Assistant Professor – ExperienceMinimum 3 years teaching experience in a post‑secondary, adult training or industry training environment, plus at least 3 years employment as a practitioner/professional in the discipline.Distinguished research record with high‑quality publications in top‑tier journals.Excellent record of supervising high‑caliber research students.Demonstrated leadership in building engagement and partnership with the profession and industry.Assistant Professor – Preferred QualificationsProfessional certifications in Computing and Information Technology.Diploma in Education (e.g. Post‑secondary Education, Adult Education or Vocational Education) is preferred.6+ years employment experience as a practitioner/professional in the discipline.Teaching experience in post‑secondary, adult training or industry training environment.Experience in leadership and innovation in technology‑based projects.Associate Professor – ExperienceMinimum 8 years teaching experience in a post‑secondary, adult training or industry training environment, plus at least 3 years employment as a practitioner/professional in the discipline.Distinguished research record with high‑quality publications in top‑tier journals.Excellent record of supervising research students.Demonstrated leadership in building engagement and partnership with the profession and industry.Associate Professor – Preferred QualificationsProfessional certifications in Computing and Information Technology.Diploma in Education (e.g. Post‑secondary Education, Adult Education or Vocational Education) is preferred.10+ years employment experience as a practitioner/professional in the discipline.Teaching experience in post‑secondary, adult training or industry training e
