Job DescriptionThe Department of Marketing and Entrepreneurship at the United Arab Emirates University (UAEU) invites applications for a full-time faculty position at the rank of Assistant/Associate/Professor in Entrepreneurship. The successful candidate will join a scholarly academic environment dedicated to excellence in research, teaching, and community engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will conduct high-quality research leading to publications in top-tier, refereed journals and will develop and sustain funded research initiatives.Teaching responsibilities include delivering undergraduate and graduate courses in entrepreneurship and related disciplines, employing innovative and practical approaches to enhance student learning.The candidate will also lead and manage the Entrepreneurship Lab, creating hands‑on, practical opportunities that integrate academic knowledge with real‑world applications.Mentoring students, advising them on academic and professional development, and actively contributing to the ongoing enhancement of the Entrepreneurship program are integral aspects of the role.The candidate will be expected to engage in service activities that promote the growth and reputation of UAEU and its entrepreneurship program.Industry experience in the UAE and internationally is highly valued to ensure the program's practical relevance and quality.Minimum QualificationApplicants must have an earned doctorate in the applicable field.The ability to teach undergraduate courses is a must.Industrial and professional experience is a plus.Preferred QualificationApplicants must hold a Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship, Business, or a closely related field from an AACSB-accredited institution.Expected SkillsApplicants must hold a Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship, Business, or a closely related field from an AACSB-accredited institution.Demonstrate a proven track record of peer‑reviewed journal publications or clear evidence of the potential to publish in leading journals if at an early stage of completion of the PhDs.Ability to secure research funding or develop funded research initiatives is essential.Excellence in teaching is required, with a focus on innovative pedagogy and the ability to teach a diverse range of undergraduate and graduate courses.Candidates should demonstrate collegiality and a strong commitment to contributing to the growth of the institution and its broader community.Proficiency in English, the language of instruction and communication, is mandatory.Salary Range25000-29000Close DateKindly apply before the closing date.30/05/2026#J-18808-Ljbffr
