This role serves as a critical interface between business stakeholders and analytics delivery, translating requirements into scalable solutions across the Microsoft, Azure, and Databricks ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of analytics experience, strong SQL expertise, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and a demonstrated ability to design clear, impactful dashboards that enable data-driven outcomes.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesPower BI Reporting & VisualizationDesign, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insightsBuild and optimize data models using DAX and Power Query, ensuring performance, scalability, and accuracyApply best practices in data visualization, UX design, and KPI standardizationManage the full Power BI report lifecycle, including enhancements, performance optimization, and governanceData Analysis & PreparationAnalyze large and complex datasets to uncover trends, insights, and business opportunitiesPrepare, transform, and validate data using SQL and Databricks (Spark SQL / PySpark)Ensure data quality, consistency, and reconciliation across multiple sourcesCollaborate closely with data engineering teams to define metrics, semantic models, and data structuresAzure & Microsoft Data StackWork extensively with Databricks, Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse, and Power BI ServiceUtilize the broader Microsoft stack, including Azure SQL, SQL Server, and Excel, for analysis and validationSupport data governance, security, and access management within Azure and Power BI environmentsBusiness Partnership & Stakeholder ManagementAct as a trusted analytics partner to stakeholders across functions (Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, eCommerce, etc.)Translate business requirements into scalable analytical and reporting solutionsPresent insights, recommendations, and dashboards to senior stakeholders and leadershipManage priorities, timelines, and expectations across multiple initiativesRequirements5+ years of experience in analytics, BI, or data-related rolesAdvanced SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysisStrong expertise in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modelling, Power BI Service)Experience working with Databricks and large-scale data processingSolid understanding of Azure data architecture (ADLS, Synapse, Azure SQL)Proven ability to create executive-level dashboards and reportsStrong communication skills with the ability to connect data insights to business outcomesBenefitsMonthly "Self Love Days" - at company discretionPremium Medical/Dental/Vision coverage for employee plus dependentsMonthly coaching sessions with our in-house Success CoachEmployee discounts on all Huda Beauty productsQuarterly product giftingEEO StatementHuda Beauty is committed to building diverse and inclusive teams and upholding an equal employment workplace that is free from discrimination.
