Job Description

<div><h3>Description</h3><p>The Assistant Administrator will assume the pivotal role of organizing and orchestrating office administration and procedures, with a primary focus on ensuring the seamless operation and efficiency of the office.</p><h3>The responsibilities of an Assistant Administrator include:</h3><ul><li>Creating action plans for improving company processes as per the company policy and management approval.</li><li>Provide high-level administrative assistance to high management, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.</li><li>Serve as a central point of contact and facilitate communication between managements and other team members.</li><li>Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information and documents. Organize and manage documents, files, and records, ensuring they are properly stored, accessible, and up-to-date.</li><li>Assist the high management in various special projects and initiatives. Conduct research, gather data, and provide insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.</li><li>Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.</li><li>Lead the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, sourcing candidates, arranging interviews, and develop and implement effective onboarding processes to facilitate the integration of new employees into the organization.</li><li>Collaborate with the departments' managers to identify training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.</li><li>Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution</li><li>Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and practices that comply with Saudi Labor laws and regulations.</li><li>Oversee HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, managing employee contracts and documentation, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of HR-related paperwork.</li></ul><h3>Required Skills and Experience:</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree</li><li>Good communication skills, both verbal and written in Arabic and English.</li><li>Strong attention to detail.</li><li>Teamwork</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
