The Group operates through multiple business units and subsidiaries delivering integrated solutions supported by strong operational expertise and a well-established regional presence.Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Asset Management Officer to take ownership of tracking maintaining and optimizing the companys physical assets. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our machinery equipment and vehicles are accurately recorded well-utilized and compliant with company and regulatory standards. If you enjoy coordination data accuracy and working closely with cross-functional teams this role is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesThe key duties and responsibilities of the Asset Management Officer include but are not limited to:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all company assets including machinery equipment and vehiclesCoordinate and arrange machinery inspections and prepare transfer requestsWork closely with the logistics team to support machinery exports and movementsTrack asset movement utilization and location across departments and sitesConduct regular asset audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and complianceSupport procurement and disposal activities by providing reliable asset data and insightsEnsure adherence to company policies regulatory requirements and safety standardsIdentify underutilized idle or obsolete assets and report improvement opportunitiesMaintain complete documentation related to insurance warranties inspections and vendor agreementsRequired Skills & QualificationsStrong knowledge of asset tracking inventory control and reconciliation processesHands-on experience coordinating inspections transfers and logistics activitiesGood understanding of machinery equipment handling and export proceduresProficiency in Google Sheets for tracking reporting and data analysisStrong communication and coordination skills to work across departmentsLinguistic skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Key Skills Cost Accounting,ASP.NET,ABAP,Field Sales,Jni,Inventory Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
