Job Description You will be joining the Global CRM team of J.P. Morgan Asset Management, which is responsible for ensuring that the Salesforce solution remains strategic and adapts to the changing client and regulatory environment. The team in India supports various business processes and reporting needs within the Asset Management organization. Your role will involve providing functional and user support for the CRM platform, playing a key role in data management and governance to generate strategic insights for decision-making.
As a Business Analyst for the Asset Management CRM team, you will analyze data, conduct root cause analysis, and enhance data quality and controls within the CRM system and supporting data warehouse capabilities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing ongoing business support for users of the Asset Management CRM platform
- Engaging in business process engineering initiatives to troubleshoot issues and develop innovative ideas
- Demonstrating strong knowledge of data architectures and implementing effective data management techniques
- Overseeing data models and enforcing data acquisition, maintenance, and modification policies
- Supporting data governance and management to ensure compliance with data standards and maintain a single client view
- Designing and implementing process improvements for data quality analysis and tracking
Qualifications required for this role include relevant industry experience, knowledge of sales processes, and an MBA in Finance or Engineering. Additionally, a strong academic background with analytical, programming, and technical skills is preferred. Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.com, databases, and data analysis software is a plus.
You should have a good understanding of the Asset Management business and the ability to proactively solve issues, develop new ideas, and add value to existing functions. Strong project management and multitasking skills are essential, along with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to changing priorities. Effective communication, commitment to accuracy, and strong interpersonal skills are key attributes for this role.
