Job Description As the Regional IS Process Manager at our company, your mission is to develop a factory mindset by focusing on process optimization and efficiency at the regional level. You will be responsible for continuously improving Information System (IS) processes within the region in consultation with the sites. Your role includes optimizing work procedures, ensuring compliant application of internal control principles, promoting, implementing, and deploying tools and functionalities to increase productivity and performance of the IS activities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Support others and encourage knowledge sharing and best practices within the IS/IT community regionally and globally - Enable regular communication opportunities within the IS/IT community - Ensure usage of common document management systems/storage - Liaison with Group IS Process Manager to align regional activities with group standards - Align and interact with relevant Group IS, SSC Finance, Regional IS Process Manager community, and HR SSC/ND on trends and major developments - Encourage continuous improvement within the IS/IT organization - Ensure proper usage of IS Incident Management tools for IS/IT issues - Define standards for business demand management - Orchestrate IS/IT project/program high-level overview within the region - Define project governance and ensure the standard methodology is being used - Ensure standard project phases and roles are included across the IS/IT organization - Promote the usage of ISPM methodology as appropriate **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field - Strong experience in Information System processes and project management - Knowledge of ITIL framework and project governance - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Ability to analyze and optimize work procedures - Proven track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives in IS/IT organization Join our team as the Regional IS Process Manager and contribute to the optimization and efficiency of IS processes within the region.
