Aruba Wireless Engineer (L2/L3) - Dubai

Role OverviewWe are seeking an Aruba Wireless Engineer (L2/L3) to deliver high-quality Wireless solutions for enterprise and banking clients. The role involves working under both Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and project-based deployments, focusing on installation, configuration, and rectification of Aruba Wireless systems.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, and maintain Aruba wireless networks.Develop and document typologies, implementation plans, Run books, as-built Handover docs.Integrate Wireless with third party integrations for Deployments.Perform AMC-related tasks: preventive maintenance, firmware upgrades, and troubleshooting.Provide L2/L3-level support for all Wireless/Network issues.Participate in project roll outs, migrations, and infrastructure upgrades.Prepare technical documentation and configuration handover reports.Coordinate with Principal vendor support for complex issue resolution.RequirementsExperience of more than 7+ years in Aruba solutions, preferably Wifi and Cloud services.Strong understanding of IEEE standards for WIFI protocols.Hands On Experience with Aruba access points, and mobility controllers.Basic understanding of Switches and NAC solutions as an Eco System.Exposure to AMC service delivery procedures and project environments.Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for Logical closure of reported issues.Mandatory to Have CertificationsHPE Network Campus Access Professional (ACP)#J-18808-Ljbffr
