The AI Engineer will play a key role in delivering scalable, reliable, and business‑impact‑driven AI solutions.</p><h3>Core Responsibilities</h3><h3>Model Integration&Application Development</h3><ul><li>Integrate LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, LLaMA, Mistral) into enterprise workflows.</li><li>Implement Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for grounded and contextual responses.</li><li>Develop and maintain embedding pipelines for semantic search and knowledge retrieval.</li><li>Build and expose APIs to integrate Generative AI capabilities with CRM, ERP, and internal systems.</li><li>Support the implementation and configuration of AI platform‑based solutions across business use cases.</li></ul><h3>Prompt Engineering&Solution Tuning</h3><ul><li>Design and refine prompt templates for various business use cases.</li><li>Continuously improve response quality using:<ul><li>Feedback loops</li><li>Usage analytics</li><li>Build reusable prompt libraries for different departments.</li></ul></li></ul><h3>Deployment, Monitoring&Optimization</h3><ul><li>Ensure scalable and secure deployment of Generative AI solutions in production.</li><li>Monitor system performance, including:<ul><li>Latency</li><li>Response quality</li><li>Usage patterns</li></ul></li><li>Identify and mitigate issues such as:<ul><li>Hallucinations</li><li>Prompt injection</li><li>Bias in outputs</li></ul></li><li>Optimize for cost efficiency and performance.</li></ul><h3>Collaboration&Stakeholder Engagement</h3><ul><li>Work closely with:<ul><li>Business teams (e.g., Sales, Customer Experience, Strategy)</li><li>CRM/ERP teams</li><li>External AI platform vendors</li></ul></li><li>Translate business requirements into practical AI solutions.</li><li>Contribute to AI governance, security, and responsible AI practices.</li></ul><h3>Training&Support</h3><ul><li>Provide training to business users on:<ul><li>Effective use of AI tools</li><li>Interpreting AI‑generated outputs</li></ul></li><li>Support ongoing enhancements and ad‑hoc AI‑related requests.</li></ul><h3>Communication&Working Relationships</h3><h3>Internal</h3><ul><li>Data Engineering Team</li><li>CRM and ERP Teams</li><li>Business Users</li></ul><h3>Purpose of Interaction</h3><ul><li>Collaborate on projects</li><li>Ensure accurate data ingestion from appropriate sources</li><li>Support analytics and AI initiatives</li></ul><h3>External</h3><ul><li>AI platform vendors</li><li>Data and AI solution providers</li></ul><h3>Purpose of Interaction</h3><ul><li>Support implementation and governance</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate delivery from vendors</li><li>Collaborate on analytics and AI initiatives</li></ul><h3>Qualifications, Experience&Skills</h3><h3>Educational and Professional Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience</li><li>Hands‑on experience or specialization in Generative AI, LLMs, or related technologies</li></ul><h3>Experience</h3><ul><li>5+ years of relevant experience in AI/ML or software engineering roles</li></ul><h3>Core Technical Expertise</h3><ul><li>Experience with:<ul><li>LangChain or similar frameworks</li><li>REST APIs</li><li>RAG pipelines</li><li>Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)</li></ul></li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
