ClientManagement Consulting CompanyIdeal CandidateThe Client is seeking a highly capable Associate Director with a strong senior leadership position focused on overseeing the strategic development, implementation and governance of AI technologies.Primary ResponsibilitiesDefine and drive the organization's AI vision and long‑term strategy.Align AI initiatives with business goals and objectives.Identify opportunities for AI across products, operations, and customer service.Lead the planning and execution of AI projects.Manage cross‑functional teams (data scientists, ML engineers, product managers).Ensure timely delivery, quality, and ethical integrity of AI systems.Build and lead a high‑performing AI team.Mentor technical staff and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.Collaborate with other departments (IT, Legal, Operations) to integrate AI smoothly.Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, AI Act).Stay up‑to‑date on emerging AI technologies, tools and methodologies.Make strategic decisions on whether to build in‑house solutions or adopt third‑party platforms.Report to executive leadership or the board on progress, impact and future plans.Desired Experience and QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s in Information Technology or related field.Ability to link AI initiatives to larger business strategy.Deep knowledge of machine learning, data science, natural language processing or computer vision.Capable of articulating both technical and business value to varied audiences.Living in UAE appreciated; visa provided.Workload / LocationFull‑time in UAE on‑ground.Start DateImmediate need.Period of Engagement6–12 months hiring.RateCompetitive; able to attract qualified candidates.#J-18808-Ljbffr
