OverviewArt Director - Contract Position (Indian Nationals Only). As an Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the creative direction and visual style of various projects. This is a contract position based in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar and is open to Indian nationals who are fluent in English.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts and ideas for marketing campaigns, advertisements, and other visual materialsLead and direct a team of designers to ensure high-quality and timely execution of design projectsDevelop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual communicationsStay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into design conceptsManage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlinesWork closely with clients to understand their needs and provide creative solutions that meet their objectivesRequirementsBachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience as an Art Director or in a similar roleStrong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects across different mediums (print, digital, social media, etc.)Excellent knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative SuiteStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a teamExcellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)Must possess a valid biometric passportThis is an urgent position that requires someone who can hit the ground running.
