Currently live across the UAE and Saudi Arabia, offering thousands of products to customers in record time.</p><p>noon’s mission: Every door, every day.</p><h3>What you’ll do:</h3><p>SHOT is building one of the region’s most loved café brands inside the noon Minutes ecosystem — with a relentless focus on beverage quality, menu innovation, and operational excellence.</p><p>In this role, you will supervise multiple SHOT cafés within a specific area, ensuring quality, staffing, smooth operations, and successful new store launches. This is a highly on‑ground role that requires frequent store visits, strong people management, and a problem‑solving mindset.</p><p>Your key responsibilities will be as follows:</p><ul><li>Conducting quality control checks across cafés in your area to ensure consistent and high beverage standards</li><li>Launching new SHOT stores and supporting store teams during the opening phase</li><li>Troubleshooting day‑to‑day barista and store‑level operational issues</li><li>Supporting hiring by sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new baristas</li><li>Creating and managing barista schedules and shift plans to ensure adequate coverage</li><li>Managing and motivating baristas, ensuring discipline, attendance, and performance standards</li><li>Coordinating with training teams to arrange refreshers where needed</li><li>Acting as the key liaison between store teams and central operations</li></ul><h3>What you’ll need:</h3><ul><li>4–7+ years of experience in café operations or multi‑store supervision is required, including prior experience as a senior barista</li><li>Prior experience as a shift supervisor or café in‑charge is preferred</li><li>Strong people‑management and problem‑solving skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple stores simultaneously</li><li>Good verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English required</li><li>Willingness to travel frequently between stores</li><li>Hands‑on operator mindset and comfort with fast‑paced working environments</li></ul><h3>Who will excel?</h3><ul><li>We’re looking for people with high standards, who understand that hard work matters.</li><li>You need to be relentlessly resourceful and operate with a deep bias for action.</li><li>We need people with the courage to be fiercely original.</li><li>noon is not for everyone; readiness to adapt, pivot, and learn is essential.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
