Currently live across the UAE and Saudi Arabia, offering thousands of products to customers in record time.noon’s mission: Every door, every day.ResponsibilitiesWhat you'll do:SHOT is building one of the region’s most loved café brands inside the noon Minutes ecosystem — with a relentless focus on beverage quality, menu innovation, and operational excellence.In this role, you will supervise multiple SHOT cafés within a specific area, ensuring quality, staffing, smooth operations, and successful new store launches. This is a highly on-ground role that requires frequent store visits, strong people management, and a problem-solving mindset.Your key responsibilities will be as follows:Conducting quality control checks across cafés in your area to ensure consistent and high beverage standardsLaunching new SHOT stores and supporting store teams during the opening phaseTroubleshooting day-to-day barista and store-level operational issuesSupporting hiring by sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new baristasCreating and managing barista schedules and shift plans to ensure adequate coverageManaging and motivating baristas, ensuring discipline, attendance, and performance standardsCoordinating with training teams to arrange refreshers where neededActing as the key liaison between store teams and central operationsQualificationsWhat you'll need:4–7+ years of experience in café operations or multi-store supervision is required, including prior experience as a senior baristaPrior experience as a shift supervisor or café in-charge is preferredStrong people-management and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple stores simultaneouslyGood verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English requiredWillingness to travel frequently between storesHands-on operator mindset and comfort with fast-paced working environmentsWho will excel?We’re looking for people with high standards, who understand that hard work matters.You need to be relentlessly resourceful and operate with a deep bias for action.We need people with the courage to be fiercely original.noon is not for everyone; readiness to adapt, pivot, and learn is essential.#J-18808-Ljbffr
