Area Service Technician - Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

<div><p>Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your essential duties and responsibilities will be :</p><ul><li>Delivery and commissioning of equipment.</li><li>On-site interventions at customer locations in response to warranty requests.</li><li>Troubleshooting and repair activities.</li><li>Providing technical expertise and support.</li><li>User training and 1st level maintenance for customers.</li><li>Activity-related reporting (intervention reports and closure, customer feedback, etc.)</li><li>Application of service bulletins.</li></ul><h3>Profil Recherché</h3><p>What we are looking for :</p><p>With a higher education qualification in maintenance/electrical, you have at least 5 years of experience in an industrial environment.</p><p>You have solid technical and troubleshooting skills, and knowledge of the following fields:</p><ul><li>Mechanics</li><li>Electrical engineering</li><li>Hydraulics</li><li>Automation (CANbus preferred)</li><li>Refrigeration / Air conditioning</li></ul><p>As a true ambassador for TLD, you demonstrate a strong sense of customer service and excellent interpersonal skills. Fluency in English is essential for this position, Arabic would be a great asset.</p><p>This position requires extensive travel, most of the time from Monday to Friday, throughout the country.</p><p>We will support you by training on our products and tools.
