With a growing presence across the region, we are looking for an Area Sales Manager to lead and elevate the performance of our boutiques in Jeddah and Khobar.HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?As Area Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving and elevating commercial performance and business growth across the boutique network. Working closely with Boutique Managers and cross‑functional teams, you will translate strategy into action, identify growth opportunities, and ensure alignment with the Maison’s standards and long‑term vision. You will contribute to building a high‑performing, client‑centric boutique network in one of the Maison’s key markets.WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?Drive Commercial PerformanceLead and drive performance across boutiques in Jeddah and KhobarDrive boutique performance across key KPIs (conversion, CRM engagement, average basket, appointments)Monitor results and implement targeted action plans to achieve business objectivesIdentify commercial opportunities and contribute to revenue growth strategiesAnalyze market trends, competitor activity, and client insights to inform decisionsPartner with merchandising and supply chain to optimize stock and assortmentLead & Develop TeamsCoach and support Boutique Managers and retail teams to drive performanceContribute to recruitment, talent development, and succession planningFoster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvementPartner with HR and L&D to support learning and development initiativesElevate Client ExperienceChampion a client‑centric mindset across all boutiquesDrive CRM and clienteling initiatives, including engagement with VIP clientsSupport the delivery of in‑store activations and client eventsBuild strong relationships with key clients and local stakeholdersEnsure Operational & Commercial ExcellenceOversee boutique operations in line with Maison standards and policiesMonitor stock management, audits, and inventory processesSupport store openings, relocations, and continuous improvement initiativesCollaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless executionAct as an Ambassador of the MaisonUphold Cartier’s image, values, and service excellenceRepresent the Maison in internal and external engagementsCollaborate with local and international stakeholdersHOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?Minimum 10 years of experience in retail managementProven experience managing and developing large teamsStrong commercial mindset with the ability to drive performanceExcellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skillsExperience in luxury retail is a plusFluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantageWHAT DO WE OFFER?You will join a dynamic and evolving environment where you will contribute to shaping retail performance and client experience in a key market, while developing high‑performing teams and supporting the Maison’s continued growth.#J-18808-Ljbffr
