<div><h3>INDUSTRY -</h3><p>FMCG / FOOD MANUFACTURING / BAKERY&CONFECTIONERY</p><h3>COMPENSATION&BENEFITS</h3><ul><li>Salary: SAR 12,500 (without KSA experience) -<b>LKR 1+ Million</b></li><li>Salary: SAR 12,500 – 15,000 (with KSA experience)-<b>LKR 1+ Million - 12+ Million</b></li><li>Commissions/Performance-based incentives</li><li>Long-term growth and career progression within a leading FMCG group</li></ul><h3>COMPANY OVERVIEW</h3><p>A<b>leading FMCG food manufacturing group in Saudi Arabia</b>, part of a large and well-established regional industrial conglomerate operating across the<b>Gulf and Middle East</b>.</p><p>The company is known for<b>international quality standards</b>, state-of-the-art production facilities, and a strong retail distribution network delivering bakery and confectionery products to<b>thousands of retail outlets daily across KSA and UAE</b>.</p><p>As part of rapid expansion, the organization is strengthening its<b>retail sales leadership team</b>across Saudi Arabia.</p><h3>ROLE PURPOSE</h3><p>The Regional Sales Manager will lead and drive<b>regional retail sales operations</b>, ensuring revenue growth, market expansion, customer satisfaction, and strong execution across routes, depots, and sales teams.</p><h3>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</h3><h3>SALES&BUSINESS GROWTH</h3><ul><li>Manage regional sales forecasting and set aggressive yet achievable performance targets</li><li>Drive sales growth through effective retail penetration and client base expansion</li><li>Meet and negotiate with key retail customers<b>and strategic accounts</b></li><li>Support and coach sales teams to close high-value deals</li></ul><h3>SALES OPERATIONS&REPORTING</h3><ul><li>Prepare periodic sales reports covering volumes, trends, growth opportunities, and risks</li><li>Analyze regional sales performance against targets and budgets</li><li>Control and optimize retail sales expenditures to meet budget requirements</li></ul><h3>CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE&RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT</h3><ul><li>Reduce customer complaints and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction</li><li>Strengthen long-term relationships with retailers, distributors, and key partners</li></ul><h3>INTERNAL COORDINATION</h3><ul><li>Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate delivery schedules</li><li>Manage sales contracts and proposals in compliance with company policies</li><li>Liaise with ICT teams regarding handheld devices (HHT), system updates, databases, and reporting</li></ul><h3>ROUTE, DEPOT&FIELD MANAGEMENT</h3><ul><li>Plan, optimize, and manage retail sales routes (creation, merging, and closure of unprofitable routes)</li><li>Supervise depots and retail outlets within the region</li><li>Conduct regular site visits and performance evaluations</li><li>Ensure compliance with company standards across operations</li><li>Monitor cleanliness and appearance of sales vehicles in line withcompany policies</li><li>Ensure disciplined execution of retail operations and field activities</li></ul><h3>IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field</li><li><b>5–6 years of experience</b>as an Area Sales Manager</li><li>FMCG / Bakery industry experience strongly preferred</li><li>Prior<b>KSA market experience is highly preferred</b></li><li>Strong knowledge of retail sales strategies and route-to-market execution</li><li>Expertise in sales tools, forecasting, and performance analysis</li><li>Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
