<div><p><b>Position</b>: Area Sales Executive/Manager (Designation will be based on the candidate’s last held position. If the candidate’s previous role was Senior or Manager level, they will be offered the Manager designation; otherwise, the Executive designation will be offered.)</p><p><b>Compensation Details</b>:</p><ul><li>Fixed Monthly CTC up to ₹50K (Only PT and other mandatory deductions as per government norms) + Attractive Monthly Incentives&TA.</li></ul><p><b>Open Locations&Coverage Areas</b>:</p><ul><li><b>Mumbai</b>: Candidate must be open to covering the entire Maharashtra region as needed. The selected candidates will report to the NSM.</li><li><b>Lucknow</b>: Candidate must be open to covering the entire UP region as needed. The selected candidates will report to the RSM.</li></ul><h3>Role Description</h3><p>We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Executive/Manager to join our team. The role involves promoting and selling medical devices in the assigned region. This is a full-time position with some flexibility for remote work. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Drive sales growth for microscopes within the assigned region.</li><li>Identify and explore new business opportunities in Pathology Labs, Diagnostic Centers, Hospitals, Medical Colleges, Universities, Agricultural Labs, FSL, and Industrial sectors.</li><li>Approach and promote our products to both government and private sector institutions.</li><li>Arrange and attend appointments with doctors, either through pre-scheduled meetings or regular outreach.</li><li>Provide product demonstrations, training, and technical support to customers.</li><li>Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets for volume growth and productivity.</li><li>Implement sales and marketing strategies as assigned by the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) or National Sales Manager (NSM).</li><li>Ensure daily reporting and provide feedback on customer interactions.</li><li>Manage area sales, collect outstanding payments, address customer complaints, and conduct visits to hospitals and doctors.</li><li>Analyze regional market potential, track sales performance, and maintain strong customer relationships.</li><li>Engage with customers daily, weekly, or monthly as required.</li><li>Learn product functionalities and effectively troubleshoot issues.</li><li>Prepare and submit weekly reports to management.</li><li>Complete task assigned by the reporting manager</li></ul><h3>Qualifications&Skills Required</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any relevant field.</li><li>1.5 to 3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in medical devices, microscopes, scientific instruments, or laboratory products.</li><li>Strong sales acumen with high energy levels.</li><li>Excellent business awareness and market orientation skills.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.</li><li>Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
