Job Description
Job Description As the Owner of your service area, you will be responsible for all operational activities and will lead the daily service operations with a team of assigned Technicians in the given service areas. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the quality of service delivery by effectively supervising technicians on the job as per company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Engaging technicians through route riding and on-the-job training
- Planning and executing 02 Technicians Performance Assessments (TPAs) per assigned technician annually, along with 2 development programs per year
- Coaching and training assigned technicians to improve service quality
- Conveying special instructions to technicians to execute the job as per the Service Docket in coordination with Sales colleagues
- Implementing SOPs, ensuring compliance, and closing audit non-conformities
- Handling customer complaints in your service areas within 24 hours, resolving them promptly as per the customer's convenience, and updating the Root Cause in iCABS for proper ticket closure
- Identifying and resolving service delivery issues in coordination with the Branch Manager
- Conducting daily 10-minute stand-up meetings and monthly operations meetings
- Being well-versed with Service Track Pest (STP) and monitoring high infestation-related service visits daily to take necessary actions
- Being familiar with all in-house systems to drive digital initiatives
- Maintaining material consumption and overtime hours schedule at agreed targeted levels for the assigned service area and technicians
- Providing on-the-job coaching to create a density of customers, ensuring a minimum of 18 customer visits per week for Residential & Small Accounts segment
- Assisting Assistant Branch Manager/Branch Manager in managing inventory and ensuring all assigned technicians follow the Approved Preparations List (APL) and original labels on chemical containers
- Resolving any grievances and industrial relations issues of technicians, reporting any deviations that could impact service quality or technician productivity
Qualifications Required:
- Prior experience in operations of pest management or service industry is desirable
- Proficiency in computer applications and systems including Excel, Word, PowerPoint or equivalent
