Architecture Procurement Manager

Job Title: Architecture Procurement ManagerLocation: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaJob OverviewThe Architecture Procurement Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the procurement of architectural materials, finishes, systems, and specialist packages for large-scale construction and development projects. The role ensures timely sourcing, cost optimization, quality compliance, and alignment with project design intent, while adhering to contractual, regulatory, and organizational procurement standards. Close coordination with design, engineering, commercial, and project teams is essential to support successful project delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, manage, and execute procurement strategies for architectural materials, finishes, façade systems, interior fit-out packages, and related services.Lead supplier identification, prequalification, evaluation, and selection in line with project specifications and quality standards.Coordinate closely with architects, consultants, design managers, and project teams to ensure procurement aligns with approved drawings and material submittals.Manage tendering processes, including RFQs, bid analysis, negotiations, contract awards, and purchase order issuance.Ensure procurement activities meet project schedules, budget targets, and contractual requirements.Oversee material submittals, mock-ups, samples, and approvals in coordination with consultants and quality teams.Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and compliance with specifications and contractual terms.Implement cost control measures, value engineering initiatives, and alternative sourcing solutions without compromising quality or design intent.Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and international procurement best practices.Maintain accurate procurement documentation, reports, and supplier records for audits and management review.Essential QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.Minimum 8–12 years of experience in procurement within construction or real estate development projects.Proven experience handling architectural procurement for large-scale residential, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use developments.Strong understanding of architectural drawings, specifications, BOQs, and material standards.Experience working in the Middle East market, preferably Saudi Arabia, is highly desirable.#J-18808-Ljbffr
