CONSTRUCTION MANAGER-KINGDOM OFDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESMobilize and prepare a site layout plan for construction and co-ordinate procedures.Reading and understanding architectural, structural, electrical plans and technical detailsUnderstand and handle contract documentation, collective agreements and insurance policiesCheck and Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniquesHandle verbal and written instructions from the ArchitectPrepare and submit budget estimates and progress and cost tracking reports in coordination with the senior QS and report to the Project ManagerOrganize and direct supervised workers and coordinate division of labourAbility to prepare the program of works on a weekly basis and ensure all working teams have a clear understandingSKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREDRelevant Civil Engineering Degree from a University or equivalentProven experience of 7 years in a similar roleVery good knowledge of EnglishExcellent knowledge of Microsoft office, AutoCAD and MS ProjectAll interested applicants are requested to send their CV by email at by the 24th of March.
