ARCHITECTURE ID DRAFTSMAN

Job ResponsibilitiesPrepare accurate architectural and interior design drawings using AutoCAD (and Revit where applicable) including plans sections elevations joinery details and finishes.Develop drawings for hotel and hospitality fit-out projects from design development through IFC stages.Translate design intent into clear coordinated and buildable drawings.Coordinate with architects interior designers consultants and site teams to ensure alignment and constructability.Ensure drawings comply with project specifications quality standards and timelines.Key QualificationsBachelors degree in Architectural Drafting Architecture Interior Design or a related field.510 years of proven experience as an Architectural / Interior Design Draftsman preferably on hotel and hospitality projects.Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit experience is an added advantage.Solid experience in architectural and interior fit-out drawings including joinery and finishes.Familiarity with UAE codes standards and hospitality project requirements preferred.Detail-oriented quality-focused with strong coordination and problem-solving skills.Currently based in the UAE and immediately available to work on-site in Dubai.VerticalDigital Engineering#J-18808-Ljbffr
