ARCHITECTURE BIM MODELER

Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop accurate 3D BIM models for architectural elements using Revit and other related BIM tools.Prepare detailed drawings and documentation based on design inputs and project requirements.Coordinate architectural BIM models with structural, MEP and other disciplines to ensure clashfree integration.Interpret architectural design drawings and specifications to develop BIM content and construction‑ready documentation.Apply construction standards and local UAE regulations into BIM workflows.Maintain organized model structures, file naming and documentation in accordance with company BIM standards.Work closely with project managers, site engineers and other BIM modelers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of projects.Assist in creating schedules, quantities and data extraction from BIM models.Participate in coordination meetings and resolve issues related to model integration.Provide support during shop drawing development and model updates during construction phases.Key QualificationsMinimum 5 years of relevant BIM modeling experience with a focus on architectural elements.Previous experience in construction companies is mandatory.Proficiency in the REVIT software and other BIM tools such as AutoCAD, Navisworks, etc.Strong understanding of UAE construction practices, codes and standards.Ability to interpret and apply architectural drawings and project specifications.Excellent attention to detail, organizational and communication skills.Must be presently residing in the UAE.Immediate joiners only will be considered.Vertical: Digital Engineering#J-18808-Ljbffr
