Architectural Site Engineer - Fit-out (KSA) - Freelance

Role PurposeResponsible for managing, coordinating, and supervising all Architectural works for interior fit-out projects, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, authority requirements, quality, safety, and project timelines.Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with Project Manager, Client representatives, and subcontractors on a daily basis.Review IFC drawings, specifications, and BOQs prior to execution.Coordinate preparation, submission, and approval of Architectural shop drawings and technical submittals.Review material submittals, delivery inspections, laboratory test reports, and compliance certificates.Identify and assist in finalization of Architectural vendors and service contractors in consultation with the PM & Procurement.Supervise site execution and ensure all Architectural, joinery, finishes, and MEP-related works are inspected and approved as per approved drawings.Ensure coordination is carried out with Architectural finishes, MEP final fix, ceilings, partitions, and joinery works.Prepare, review and submit method statements, ITPs, checklists, and work procedures.Implement approved method statements, work procedures, and inspection test plans (ITPs).Ensure compliance with project HSE plan and safe work practices on site.Coordinate with Subcontractor team for manpower, materials, equipment, and look-ahead schedules.Prepare and submit related RFIs and coordinate inspections with Main Contractor.Coordinate inspections, snagging, and handover activities.Support final inspections, snagging, and project handover activities.Ensure preparation, verification, and submission of as-built drawings and O&M documents.Key InterfacesProject Manager, QA/QC Engineer, Site/Project Engineers, Safety Officer, MEP Subcontractors, Architectural Team, Client, Consultant, Authorities.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Construction Management.Minimum 5 years experience in interior fit-out or building projects.KSA experience preferred.Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of Architectural Finishes for interior fit-out projects.Familiar with local building codes, local Municipality requirements and standards.Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and site reporting tools.Proficient in MS Office and quality reporting tools.#J-18808-Ljbffr
