Architectural Site Engineer

Oversee and manage all architectural engineering activities for large-scale construction projects.Coordinate with design consultants, project managers, and construction teams to ensure alignment with architectural plans and project specifications.Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.Monitor site activities to ensure quality control, safety standards, and project timelines are maintained.Provide technical guidance and support to site engineers and construction teams.Ensure architectural works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and international standards.Coordinate with structural, mechanical, and electrical teams to resolve technical issues.Supervise architectural finishing, façade works, fit-out, and detailing for high-quality project delivery.Prepare and review technical reports, site inspections, and progress updates.Ensure timely completion of architectural works according to project schedules and milestones.SkillsBachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.Minimum 15+ years of experience in building construction projects or sports facilities.Proven experience working on large-scale projects such as stadiums, sports complexes, commercial buildings, or public facilities.Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, construction methodologies, and international building standards.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software.Strong leadership and coordination skills with multidisciplinary project teams.Previous experience in GCC / Saudi Arabia projects is preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
