Position: Architectural EngineerExperience: 8+ YearsSalary: AED 7,500 – 9,000Job Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Architectural Engineer with 8+ years of experience to design, plan, and oversee architectural aspects of building and modular projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EPC, modular building fabrication, or commercial/residential construction projects.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and prepare architectural designs, drawings, and detailed layouts for projects.Collaborate with structural, civil, and MEP teams to ensure design coordination.Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, standards, and safety regulations.Review and approve architectural drawings and plans from consultants and subcontractors.Provide technical guidance on materials, finishes, and design specifications.Support project execution by resolving design-related issues during construction or fabrication.Maintain project documentation and ensure timely submission of design deliverables.RequirementsBachelors degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.8+ years of experience in architectural design and project execution, preferably in EPC or modular building projects.Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or equivalent).Knowledge of local and international building codes, regulations, and standards.Strong communication, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines.Exposure to challenging projects in modular building and EPC sectors.Opportunities for professional development and career growth.Note: Candidates must be willing to relocate Bangalore, Indiaor travel to project sites as per project requirement#J-18808-Ljbffr
