Architectural Engineer

<div><ul><li>Review and design the Issued for Construction drawings (IFC), including interior and exterior.</li><li>Develop precise and error-free shop drawings, ensuring alignment with the expectations and requirements of consultants and clients.</li><li>Collaborate with MEP&Site Consultants to solve any issue that occurs.</li><li>Prepare and submit modifications on design.</li><li>Prepare initial 3D renderings perspectives.</li><li>Create Building information Modeling (BIM) to display the picture for site teams, clients, and other departments as needed.</li><li>Prepare and submit modification on design- Request for Information/Approval (RFIA).</li><li>Conduct initial QS to support Procurement in determining subcontractor quantities and provide ongoing clarification to the QS team as required.</li><li>Study the buildings from sustainability to energy wise&suggest the best technical alternatives which may reduce the cost.</li><li>Perform site visits for dimension verification or coordination (as required).</li></ul><h3>Qualifications and skills</h3><ul><li>Organization, Communication, and Collaboration.</li><li>Technical skills in Auto CAD and Building Information Modeling (BIM).</li><li>Multi-tasking.</li><li>Ensure the project is fulfilling the Saudi Building Code (SBC).</li></ul><h3>Experience</h3><p>At least 2+ years of experience in a technical field.</p><h3>Education requirements</h3><p>Bachelor’s degree in Architect Engineering or any other related field.</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
