Architectural Draughtsman AutoCad and Revit

Job SummaryAl Mujassam Architects & Engineers is seeking a detail-oriented and technically strong Architectural Draftsman proficient in both AutoCAD and Revit. The ideal candidate will have solid experience working with Dubai standards preparing clear and accurate drawings coordinating with different disciplines and maintaining high drafting quality across all project stages.This role supports our architectural and structural teams by producing reliable drawings and models that align with UAE regulations and internal company standards.TasksKey ResponsibilitiesArchitectural & Technical DraftingPrepare detailed plans sections elevations details and coordination drawings using both AutoCAD and Revit.Ensure all drawings follow DM standards local regulations and project specifications.Maintain proper layering line weights annotations and documentation standards.Develop and update Revit models for architectural works.Coordinate Revit models with structural and MEP disciplines.Extract sheets views schedules and details from the Revit model accurately.Maintain clean optimized and organized Revit files throughout the project lifecycle.Coordinate with architects structural engineers and site teams.Update drawings promptly based on design changes or consultant comments.Support authority submissions and ensure all required drawings are ready on time.Maintain organized project files for easy retrieval and clarity.Added Value (Bonus Advantage)Experience in structural drafting (highly preferred but not mandatory).Familiarity with DM and DDA submission portals.RequirementsRequired QualificationsMinimum 4 years of experience.From them Minimum 2 years of drafting experience in Dubai (mandatory).Good understanding of Dubai Municipality and local authority standards.Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.Required SoftwareAutoCAD architectural drafting (Strong proficiency)Revit modeling & coordination (Strong working knowledge)Microsoft Office Suite documentation & communicationPreferred (Bonus)SketchUpPhotoshop (for presentations)Basic rendering toolsFamiliarity with DM and DDA submission portals.Experience in structural draftingBenefitsSalary & BenefitsMonthly Salary: AED Salary depends on experience technical skills and preferred skills.Annual Leave: As per UAE Labour LawEnd of Service Benefits: As per UAE Labour LawHealth Insurance: As per UAE Labour LawInterview ProcessPhone Interview to confirm experience and technical backgroundTechnical Interview: on ZoomTechnical Evaluation: AutoCAD and Revit Designs.Final Interview in office.
