ARCHITECTURAL BIM MODELER

Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain detailed 3D architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit and other relevant software.Collaborate with architects designers engineers and other team members to integrate design concepts into the BIM model.Coordinate and manage model updates revisions and design changes throughout the project lifecycle.Assist in the creation of construction documents including plans elevations sections and details.Ensure accuracy and quality control of BIM models by adhering to project standards best practices and client requirements.Participate in clash detection and resolve any conflicts or issues related to the BIM model.Generate 3D renderings and visualizations for presentations and client reviews.Assist in the development of BIM-related processes and workflows to improve efficiency and collaboration.Maintain and update project documentation ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a BIM Modeler with a strong focus on architecture.Must have work experience from design consulting companies in the GCC ideally from UAE.Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and other BIM software (Navisworks AutoCAD etc.).Strong understanding of architectural design building systems and construction processes.Experience working with project teams to develop and manage BIM models from schematic design through construction.Familiarity with BIM standards guidelines and project workflows.Strong attention to detail problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
