He / She has to creates and manages detailed 3D digital models of buildings using Building Information Modeling (BIM) software collaborating with architects and engineers to ensure accuracy and integrate design elements. Key responsibilities include developing models from architectural drawings ensuring compliance with standards coordinating with other disciplines producing construction documents and updating the model throughout the project lifecycle.
